Devotional Thoughts
O God, we lift up to your loving care all the pregnant teenagers and their parents. Let them know they are never alone. There are many willing to open their hearts and minds to the needs of these teenagers. Let them know your church is open to serve and assist them. Grant the protective power of the Holy Spirit to cover and protect each mother and unborn child.
Pray that we act, not to condemn, but rather seek to guide rightly the young mother and father. Finally we pray, may God provide us with the means to instruct our children in word and deed of what it means to be a community which leads a moral life.
